We want to thank you for the fine service we received when our air conditioner started leaking. It is located in our attic and was leaking through our air vent in the ceiling. We discovered this about 10:00PM on a Saturday night. We called your service right away and your technician was here within 15 minutes. The attic was very hot. He inspected it and cleared the drain, so the biggest part of the leak stopped. He came back on Sunday as the coil pan was still leaking. He was very nice and we appreciated him coming right away.
The technician told us the coil had to be replaced. Two very nice, polite men arrived Monday and installed the new one. When they finished the job, it was 120 degrees in the attic. We want to thank you again for the good service. It is nice to do business with a company we feel like we can trust. We have recommended you to several of our friends.

This summer your company installed a new Lennox Heating and Air Conditioning System at our residence/office here in Lubbock.
